SKYM didn't reach 50 the next day after that post? Maybe you should run a check on historical data before you confirm that statement. In my only trading run in with the RICO enterprise, Tony and friends shorted it before the week-end, blasted me here all week-end just like your crew is doing now, with multiple false statements, at one point actually claiming SKYM was a bulletin board stock when it was listed on the NASDAQ national market. AP, Mama bear, Goldfinger and many others. They added short the morning after Christmas, when SKYM's CEO appeared on CNBC, shorting all the way from 20's, 30's, 40's...So, I guess Tony was not "100%" accurate, now was he? I earned over 200,000 on SKYM. I also earned in total c. $500,000 in the four weeks preceding the inception of the racketeering enterprise for which I am now suing Berber, Moor and Rea in federal court. In due course I intend to prove that I suffered enormous losses, both actual and opportunity, through what they themselves did.

Referring to the 9/20/00 call, I said sell all long term holdings before the Naz crashed 75%, and confirmed it the next day. My clients would tell you that, after I recommended a brief attempt to catch the falling knife that was the Naz a few months later, I renewed my sell all LT call, in fact calling for put options on for example SDLI when it was near 400. SDLI merged with JDSU, closed today at 2.45, up six cents.

Now that we're discussing the classics and their relevancy, here is one for the RICO enterprise and friends:

"I have heard of this book already," said Don Quixote, "and verily and on my conscience I thought it had been by this time burned to ashes as a meddlesome intruder; but its Martinmas will come to it as it does to every pig; for fictions have the more merit and charm about them the more nearly they approach the truth or what looks like it; and true stories, the truer they are the better they are;"

- Miguel de Cervantes, Don Quixote, Chapter VXII

[Every year, during the festival of Saint Martin in Spain, the pigs are ritually slaughtered. Here, in other words, what goes around comes around; an accounting, a day of reckoning and judgment will be had, sooner or later.]
