"Bitter?" Not really. If I were bitter I wouldn't be taking active steps to bring out what happened, to compel an accounting in federal court.

For now, this is a civil matter. However, in my complaint I've requested that the District Court recommend to the United States Attorney that Berber, Moor, Rea and Trading Places be prosecuted for criminal racketeering, as Tony and friends have now been successfully prosecuted for his similar schemes. AUSA spent a great deal of effort on AP and the gang. If and when I prove my claims, I hope AUSA won't have to make the same kind of effort or expend the same kind of resources on what Berber et al did. In due course, I hope to provide AUSA with a case that has already been won; then, criminal charges will have a solid foundation in the civil factual record.
