Just to make sure what you are seeking: You are looking for discussion that excludes from the fact pattern, Extortion and Trading against public and private site recommendations?

Interesting you can discuss the theories but when it comes to answering questions of fact you aren't willing to say a word. Let's try again, we're on Day Three now: 1. Did you ever trade for your own or a proprietary account a securities recommendation you made in affiliation or association with Anthony Elgindy, a.k.a. Anthony@Pacific, Tony, AP, Anthony? 2. Did you ever execute a securities transaction before a recommendation in that security was issued publicly to InsideTruth.com and/or Silicon Investor members? 3. Did you ever cover a short position, i.e. purchase to return a borrowed security, while recommending to InsideTruth.com or SI members to short-sell the same security, in other words, did you ever recommend to InsideTruth.com or SI members that they should take a position in a security directly opposite to your own?
