I was simply addressing part of your post.

"Don't forget, jeff was named in the same AZNT complaint,
another failure to pass the smell test - PU!"

Given that AZNT was described by Merideth Munro of the SEC as one of the most extreme cases of fraud that she'd seen and CEO Sylver now faces criminal charges in Nevada, I think you can see that the above referenced civil suit was brought by a con man attempting to shut people up.

IF a number of people all notice something say about a stock and all come to the same conclusion independently and all express their opinions about said stock on say public message boards and coincidently they tend to discuss similar issues like No financials, Misleading Nrs NO SEC filings, does that necessarily constitute a "full force cyber smear campaign"?

It seems that the term basher is labelled on anyone who seems to have a not so rosy opion and if two people have the same not so rosy opinion then it seems to be this sycber smear campaign.

Cheers
