They have re-timed all the stop lights up here so that even at three in the a.m. you hit red light after red light. The city says they did this to prevent stunting, i.e. to prevent kids from drag racing. It has totally frustrated traffic, increased accidents as people simply decide to stop and go instead of stop and wait and is going to get our mayor a good rap in the mouth if I get a ticket.
