OI: I'd be a little leary of that big upgap Ray.

Spring is coming and regardless of how cold it is in podunk east coast the market has priced heating oil etc. They will begin focusing on how the summer usage of power will affect things now. Presently there is gasoline available in Ca. for under 2.00 per gallon. If Canada can get there Athabasca project off the ground the shift of power from the Arabs will stun the world. <GGGGGGG>
