... I think this supposed mega-trend is a fake out. I have a gorgeous study set up at home, but I need to be in city center, amongst the people to really get things taken care of.

I think the "telecommuting and we do not need cities" is the same fake out as "paperless office" dream at the dawn PC revolution that was quickly followed by HP Laserjet improvement applied against the Epson Dotmatrix clickty clack.

On tech stocks, I simply have not had the time to ponder. On energy shares, I am holding, and had also added Energy Split II.
