There is none. But i was not talking laws on the books--i was talking the nature of the threat. What society would allow a nuke to go off in its largest city if it could aquire that information using some strong arm methods? If your family resided in that city and certain death awaited them in 10 minutes, and the guy you had in custody had the recall code, what would you do? Hum a few bars of this This Land is your Land? Before you say it, i know i have given you the most exterme case imaginable but try to answer the question. Would you sit idly by and let your family and 8 million others die as a matter of principle? You are going to answer yes, arent you. Incroyable.
