What is "mind-boggling" about the laws requiring reasonable accommodation of religion in the workplace?

I thought that looked like reasonable accommodation, if what the company said is true. I just looked to see if there was other info out there but didn't find anything. If what the company said is true, I don't know why the government would pursue a case.

So if I have a person who has to pray 10 minutes out of every hour for their religion I need to accommodate them? That is absurd IMO.

The company gave them a chance to 'accomodate'
their religion, other Muslims took it-- this
isn't new, what is new is that religion is
more important than the job you do........

Isn't that your take?
Its mine. That's the precedence.

Stop the presses, stop the operation, stop fire fighting
I gotta pray. Dont worry I gotta get down and pray--wait for me. I don't want that OTHER job-- I want this one and I don't
even understand what your saying....

hey imma gonna be a Rastafarien.... Is it legal now to light up and be at work......
