Ron Paul is a local hero. The Congressman from the neighboring district is Tom DeLay. DeLay is crooked and a foaming at the mouth wingnut. Paul is a traditional Republican, from the old days when they had brains and souls. His economic stuff is terrific. But, he's mainly famous for being the Congressman who gives Greenspan a hard time. Still, I thought he was a Libertarian, not a Republican. I was mistaken.
