Ted, The world order is changing because we have a neocon evangelist at the helm.......and those changes are not to our advantage. The changes were inevitable. The EU wants to pursue its fantasies of being a world superpower, while China is already on the road to becoming one itself. Your ideas of appeasement would only weaken America's standing with the world.
