GEMM did run, but the news was actually DGM's and DGM.V did nada on soso volume, I think mainly because the news was nothing special.

Since GEMM is controlled by USCA and USCA is, or at least was as I think they are behind on some 8K's, a reporting company they can't use the DGM news, simply because by rights they would have to include it in filings, but under Industry Guide 7, they can't talk about indicated resources.

That's my take on why GEMM had no news, well plus the little matter of the ongoing SEC formal investigation of USCA.

INDICATED RESOURCE:

" Mineral resources are not "reserves" as they have not been demonstrated to be economically and legally extractable. It should not be assumed that all or any part of an "INDICATED resource" or "measured resource" will ever be converted to a "reserve".

"INDICATED resource" and "measured resource" are not defined terms under United States Standards. The SEC permits mining companies, in their filings with the SEC, to disclose only those mineral deposits that contain "reserves" (the part of a mineral deposit that can be economically and legally extracted or produced)."

Refer to Industry Guide 7
