The 0.66 figure was the NET figure of all immigration into France. The 66.0 per 1,000 figure was the figure I added together by looking at immigration from each individual country that is majority Muslim. The fact that they both have "66" in them is just a coincidence.

My point remains the same. Do the math for yourself.

Your numbers suggest that France's population is growing at the rate of 72% per year. According to the CIA, as of 2004, France's population really is growing at the rate of .39% per year with the net migration rate of .66 per 1000 people. Please explain the huge discrepancy between your number and the CIA's.
