Hey Joe -

New member as of today? Welcome to "As the Enterprise World Turns." SI no doubt will be very grateful I'm generating new membership business for them!

Why don't you file that statement in a federal court along with Pluvia and anyone else who would like to risk their financial standing when I sue them for libel and defamation. Like I said earlier, any discovery I obtain will be provided overnight mail to Kenneth Breen in New York.

Oliver you are a known Fraud, Liar, and Cheat.

You mean, like United States Attorney Kenneth Breen is a known "dangerous obsessive" and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York" is a "kangaroo"? OK.

I hope you people posting here, if you were involved, have been advised by counsel that waiting for statutes of limitations to run is a tempting strategy; on the other hand, there is the little ole Doctrine of Fraudulent Concealment that might get in your way.

Really? Where? I'd be happy to admit that many posters here are in attack dog mode because the truths I'm telling don't quite fit with who they really are. I'll also admit that none of these kinds of accusations you're making here anyone has at any time ever seen fit to dare allege in any state or federal court. Not even Philip Berber with his $350 million in racketeering proceeds. I wonder why not. Please you go right ahead though.

Now, consider this:

Alternating episodes characterized by delusions of grandeur and persecution anxiety are hallmarks of the sociopathic mind.

You have already admitted this things.
