you still use SBC? in my experience they have the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. i think i wasted more time trying to deal with them over the years than any other service i have ever used. i dumped them for Vonage and will never go back. also cut my phone bill by more than half. with Vonage there's no need for the bank draft BS since you can just have it charged to a credit card.
