To simplify, law must be based on logic. It must be predictable. In this case, the jury's decision is certainly logical. Many of us who do our fair share of trading and investing don't get FBI data to help us. We don't go visiting companies and threaten CEO's. I find it hard to believe that anyone can actual defend this type of activity. Good point. If you're a willing participant in the Enterprise, there you are. If you are part of an enterprise, it doesn't matter if you seek it or the other conspirators seek you.
