With all due respect I certainly hope you have technical reasons to be shorting BRCM. Your hatred of the firm is does not mean its going down.

And FWIW, the sideways action since early December is not a real bearish pattern. Below $29.79 opens up more bearish scenarios for sure, but IMO it won't happen.

Nicely done, heehee. I'd scanned brcm options yesterday and will share yet another reason not to play earnings unless you really expect a huge move: the Feb 30 puts are up a DIME on a 1.25 decline in the stock. Yick.

You got a link to guidance? I can't find any, and though I didn't listen to the CC, I think I heard somewhere that they explicitly DIDN'T give guidance. What'd they say? (And tell me ya didn't reshort too early, as BRCM is at HOD)
