On or about August 2, 2000, in contravention of the Project Agreement, Amos James caused two checks in the amount of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) and Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00), respectively, to be written and withdrawn from the Project Account and delivered to Defendant Donahoe. The $5,000,000.00 check was made payable to “Line Overseas Management (Bermuda) Limited (L.O.M.).” The $750,000.00 check was made payable to “J. Michael Donahoe, Esq. Attorney at Law”. Plaintiff is informed and believes, and thereon alleges, that the $750,000.00 was sent to Attorney Donahoe to be used in connection with the Program.
15. Thereafter, Defendant Donahoe was instructed by Defendant James what to do with the money that had had been unlawfully removed from the Project Account and paid to Defendant Donahoe/LOM. In particular, James instructed Donahoe to utilize the funds to pay personal debts and/or expenditures incurred by James, including, but not limited to, hotel bills, past debts incurred by James and clothing for both James and his wife.
16. James further instructed Donahoe to transfer $3,500,000.00 from the Project Account to defendants Severo and S&A , as agent for Defendants First Merchant Bank for the purported purpose of purchasing a credit facility from First Merchant Bank to be used in the Program (“the Credit Facility”). In fact, the actual cost of the Credit Facility was only $2,300,000.00. The remaining $1, 200,000.00 was unlawfully and fraudulently converted by Defendants SAVERO and S&A for their own use and benefit. The Credit Facility was worthless when purchased by the Defendants because, among other things, the short interval of time between its date of issuance and expiration, the intervening holidays, and the fact that any “credit facility” issued by FIRST MERCHANT BANK was worthless.
17. Between July 12, 2000 and October 2000, approximately $6,0120,222.00 was unlawfully used and removed by the Defendants, or at the direction of the Defendants, from the Project Account without the knowledge or consent of either Plaintiff or the MIL board of directors and in contravention of the Project Agreement.

This man is from Tucson, AZ and works with Glyn D. Keatley of the "Hilands Group" in Sheffield, UK in saying they will finance a project using collaterial provided by the client and all papers arranged by an attorney J. Michael Donahoe of Scottsdale, AZ. Doubts arose when during negotiations suggestions came to use part of funds in a "trading program" through American Investments International, LTD of Nassau and represented in the US by John Partridge of Fountain Valley , CA. We are concerned they are trying to lead us to this thing which seems questionable. Anyone with any information on any of these parties would be appreciated.
