Thanks for the welfare reform which has been going on for the last 8 some years, not many people can do that any more<g>. In some southern states, women who are on welfare are forced to use long-term contraceptive (like the Norplant system reproline.jhu.edu. So they cannot have many kids as they carelessly want at taxpayers cost<g>. And I remembered that a couple of years ago, some research showed that the Norplant system does some damage to the body, and they have a multi-millian dollar law suit by the welfare mothers<g>

But seems in the mid-west, some American couples would like many children at their cost<g>
