You worked for TP and had your own site. Did you disclose your $10 million in losses to clients and prospective clients? Or did you "forget" to disclose that? Is it ethical or unethical to not disclose that? After all, you wanted 14 clients people to pay you $2500 per month each (or $35,000/month)? Sounds like a good gig ... collect a lot of money and not make calls some days.
