[TELK] TELIK INC » 18.80 -0.43 ( -2.24%) ttrader.com Jan 28 (Reuters) - Biotechnology company Telik Inc. (TELK.O: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Friday that an offering of 7 million shares of its common stock has been priced at $18.75 per share. The company said the offering was increased by 2 million shares over the proposed deal announced on Jan. 24. Telik said the underwriters have the option to purchase up to 1.05 million additional shares to cover over-allotments. UBS Investment Bank, J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Lehman Brothers managed the offering, the company said.
