The key word jeff in your post was "former" exec. Reminds me of Royer being a "former" FBI agent. I will also note from the SEC link you provided which has been posted many times before that Xybernaut was not mentioned. He didnt work for Xybr when he started ACCESS 1 FINANCIAL. (wow talk about a coincidence, similar name to AccesssTradeOne) lma(zz)o The boiler plate Evans used as NEWS was the outside auditor issues going concern warning as the head line to the article, problem being it had been in several previous 10Ks, meaning it was not news as stated and tony posted oooops. Looks to me like it was an orchestrated attack by his members.
Evans and the a@p gated community are a sore subject (not including rrufff whose post is used for effect of the short and distort tactic used imo). Message 13228206

jeff, how many other vairiations of Ricks name did you use about who covered Andy Mann's entire short? I've been reading the thread backwards, covering alot of territiory and have much more to read. As I travel down POST ROAD I see you posted the same thing twice, about correct spelling lma(zz)o see your posts 3724 &4001 to get your point across, rather redundantly about spelling.

MR. lucky, I will spell it out for you. NATC is here to buy stock on behalf of Mr. Marcazi , who the court has ordered must cover.

Just communicated with Rick Marcasse (correct spelling).
1. He covered Andy Mann's entire short...
2. ... which means Rick is now 1.8M shares short.
3. He's not buying stock...
4. ... which means NATC has nothing to do with him.
5. He's never been served with a court order...
6. ... which means he's not compelled to cover...
7. ... which means there is no short squeeze

He also has given me permission to quote him that:
"Mike Sylver couldn't run a lemonade stand."

- Jeff

P.S. Rick asked me if I knew which health food store (chain?) in Nevada AZNT bought out a while back when that company went bankrupt. Anyone know? Anyone also know what AZNT did with their inventory?

Thought maybe this might help you with the alleged short position, from a post I wrote several days ago:

Don't forget the post janice made either that leads me to wonder if Rick M (fill in the blank for the spelling) was one of the 41 SI Aliases Subpoenaed lma(zz)o:

That's how Pugs would like for it to be seen.

You are saying the subpoena is legally seen as part of the discovery process in the Marchese vs Dobry lawsuit?

I'm mot sure what sort of legal mechanism exists for Marchese's attorney to oppose a subpoena in which his client isn't named. In addition, Dobry's trying to "prove" that we're all Marchese's "agents" or "employees", so for him to act on our behalf might be interpreted as tacit confirmation of Dobry's looney accusations.

Marchese is, however, providing an affidavit for the Massachusetts Motion to Quash, and will be asked to do the same for the Washington action.

Was he one of the 41 SI Aliases Subpoenaed? lma(zz)o

By the way, who sued who?
