The key word jeff in your post was "former" exec. Reminds me of Royer being a "former" FBI agent. I will also note from the SEC link you provided which has been posted many times before that Xybernaut was not mentioned. He didnt work for Xybr when he started ACCESS 1 FINANCIAL.
