I think I may have found a solution.

Sometimes problems help to solve other problems, providing
some nice synergistic solutions.

Sounds like a real win-win situation to me.
I always think it's nice when you can find
a way to give someone work when they
could probably use the a bit of extra income.

It's great when it works out well for both.
