Good point. However, it is the political environment at the time that brings them to power. I was in the Bauhaus where Hitler's Brown shirts started their beginnings.. He used to go to it in Munich and make speeches. He developed a little following. Then a few devotees who became his henchmen... As a child WW II was a big thing and afterward I made it a point to study all I could about it. Going to Germany and visiting different places in 1960. Reading all I could and still following History Channel and their stories about the war. The latest was as I posted to you, about the S.S. Six hours in all. There were different branches of the S.S. and the Waffen S.S. was the most distinguished. It is of great interest to me how man could do to one another what happened in WW II.. But as Laz pointed out to me and it is true, all wars breed hostilities and perversions of man as that is WAR. The contrasts between the Nazi's as portrayed on these Historical flash backs is interesting. After killing women and children they were able to go home to their own families,wife and children and be the gentlest of Fathers.
