I also see that in AH action the QQQQ ticked up til it was basically back to FLAT for the day! If AH action is useless, Friday AH action must be the most useless... but still, it's impressive.

So... did we just have a retest of the lows, with the semis in particular saying "we're not interested, but thanks for playing" or did we start the new downmove now? Weekly charts don't look like good lows to me, personally, though SOX has bottomed with this candle before....

Monday is the EOM (oh, and Iraqi elections are done day, though no one's given me a cogent reason why those have a real US market impact). Tuesday is the Fed. I'll give a dollar to anyone who can predict the next five trading days in detail right now <g>

ABSOLUTELY, Shack......still heavily long AAPL.....Moving very nicely in that 71-77 target range posted with my last chart here......and looks like she wants that 99-100 I did not explicitly set as a "target", but graciously acknowledged could be in the TA cards..........<G>

BTW....mentioning AAPL, you've put your finger on one of the reasons I can be so relaxed yakking about major corrections, gloomy-and-doomy SOX, etc. Nice position to be in ..vbg

And also BTW....FWIW.....don't like the looks of either IXM or BKX (both with new '05 lows today)...but, as you know, I'm always the last to spot any wedges lurking around..<G>
