Just curious. There is a disclaimer that says:

nor should they be interpreted as
investment advice or as an endorsement of any security or company's stock

but click the link and then here we have:

We provide day trading recommendations as well as short and long term model portfolios.

A trading recommendation is not an endorsement of any security or company's stock? LOL! That's like Rea when he claimed, under oath in court, that though he posted on the site and in various press releases that he offered "94% accurate stock picks," he never made securities recommendations. In other words, the notion that stock=security and picks=recommendations is in the Enterprise world apparently false.

This kind of chicanery is why I alleged that in house and outside counsel in time participated in the Enterprise, attempting to provide cover for Enterprise racketeering, but unfortunately the TJ case and others bring all that effort to naught. Further, site statements contradict one another, and, more than anything, the logs do.

Now I'm curious: how can you claim a track record when you're not making any recommendations? LOL. Oh, OK.

One thing: if and when we reach trial, the defendants' nerve is going to provide some high comedy imho.

d) Winning Day Traders

The Winning Day Traders website promotes a chat room featuring "Exceptional Real-Time Stock Recommendations" and "Minute by Minute Market Analysis and News Alerts in Our Trading Auditorium." Membership in the Trading Auditorium costs $795 quarterly. Winning Day Traders also offers a newsletter published three times each week for $59 per month, and the ASecrets of Winning Day Traders@ Handbook for $149. In addition, the owners of the firm, Brian Zavodnik and Thomas Wolski, offer consultations for $75 per hour to analyze trades and help customers develop a trading style.[145] Winning Day Traders provided PSI staff with no support for the claims of "Explosive Winning Strategies and Secrets to Increased Profitability."[146] Rather, Winning Day Traders simply referred to the claims as "slogans that we came up with,"[147] and later removed them from the website without comment.
