Nice try. Unfortunately, those "contracts" are unenforceable. Why? Because there are rules of law governing the formation of contracts. You cannot say for example in a contract that we only sell new automobiles but we don't service them. Then agree to be paid to service them, steal the new parts and replace them with old parts and, when sued, claim so sorry our contract with you requires that we don't service your car, so you have no claim!

The above is similar to your posts earlier oh Seeker-of-Truth:

1. You say I was hired as Trading Places analyst, skibum but not really skibum, even though multiple analysts issued recs as skibum, Trading Places proprietary analyst name;
2. I'm called a loser and poor trader;
3. I state OK if I am a loser and poor trader then why did top three most prominent internet site investment adviser Trading Places hire me as a lead analyst to give recommendations to 500 paying members;
4. After 3, now all of a sudden I was never an employee of Trading Places.

And I'm accused of being a "bumbling fool." LOL. Look, I prefer Mr. Pathetic Punk Intellectual Sadist. Please keep that in mind for future reference.
