Democracy in progress..Polling centers opened Friday in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for nearly 12,600 registered Iraqis to cast their ballots in a three-day voting process for Iraq's landmark elections. There is also a polling centre in the UAE capital of Abu Dhabi. The UAE is one of 14 countries where the International Organization for Migration (IOM) is organizing a vote in parallel with US-backed elections to the 275-member assembly taking place in Iraq on Sunday.
