Michael Hart aka frontmed et all, gee you have me on ignore yet you are so smart that you can foresee what I posted to you and say others say the same thing. You said:

>>Some people say you can take emotion out of the trades......I disagree...

Funny this is exactly as I posted to you Michael Fraud. Now if there is many more folks then me saying take the emotion out of trading, perhaps your closed mind should open up. This seems to be why you can't understand and read trends with xmsr and buy at the wrong time. Your emotion and love for a stock has got in the way of the business of speculation. Before you give any more advice, try doing additional research on this exact subject! If you would have taken some advice from someone who doesn't put emotion into any company, you might learn something for a change and perhaps understand how to improve your returns.

As usual Mike, a most gracious response by you...

Dr. Elder's book has been absolutely instrumental in my trading. An SI member recommended it to me years ago and I am forever grateful to him for doing so. Maybe I just read it at the right time, or maybe it really is that good? I'm not sure, but it certainly made a difference.

He has a follow-up book that I haven't yet read, but could perhaps be more appropriate for Bill. My understanding is that the focus is less upon technical analysis, and more about money management.

In any case, I do agree that one needn't pay full retail price for any of these... lots of used copies out there.

Take it easy,
Dave

Thanks for the help Mr. Hart. I know I have a ways to go in taking the emotion out of trading. I agree that maybe that is not totally possible. I feel a lot worse on a loss than I feel good on a gain. But I got plenty of time and I do love it so. Thanks, I am going to get both books.

On a second note, where did the attackers come from. They must think that you guys are out here brain washing everyone. What I have read of Mr. Rays stuff is verifiable. And Mr. Hart has been nothing but informative and honest. I think you attacker should take a pill and hike.
