True, and he knows that. But when Fox was playing it for all it was worth, some of the conservative commentators were wondering out load why the other members of the press weren't covering that important story.

Which was his point.

Which is also why I don't consider Fox to be a reliable source. In their zeal to scoop everyone else, they often get it wrong. "We report, you decide" is a laudable goal. But when they report fairy tales and never get around to correcting or retracting means that people who take them as their sole source of news are mis-informed.

Exactly! But the right-wing media trumpeted it. The rest of the media withheld judgment until it had more information.
