"Blacks die earlier than whites." Too bad for your argument that the Chief Actuary for the Social Security Administration says that blacks, on average, receive just as much from Social Security as whites... and maybe even a little more. The early 'average' death rate for blacks is largely because of higher death rates in childhood and teenage years --- before they ever become subject to SS taxes... and, as SS payments are progressive and blacks on average have lower wage rates and higher disability rates then whites, these factors too raise their average SS payouts. Incidentially, hispanics have a higher average payout rate then either whites or blacks.
