That's an interesting post. I wonder if she still opposes the invention of rights from the judicial bench. How RWE of her. Next thing you know she'll be bashing the notion that diversity is a good thing... oh, wait - she did that the other day, too. ;-) BTW, I think her notion that there are no "natural rights" came up again recently, but without (I think) consideration of the implications that arise from such a philosophy. If that's her philosophy, though, that explains why some of us (like me) just can't see eye to eye with her. Rousseau vs. Locke, if you know what I mean.
