Radio just said that there are some people captured, if not all, that sent the rocket into the US Embassy in Iraq this AM. Evidently they were 9 miles away, and our technology over there pinpointed them quickly.... 9 miles....wonder if that report is accurate?

Re new recruiting for the Military...do you know if there is any "GI Bill" being re-instated as yet? Of all the programs the US has had, that one was one of the most beneficial to the individual and the general economy of the US...generations later...people are still benefiting from the education received, even if some of the younger people don't know or appreciate that.

Edit....by young people maybe not appreciating it, I was referring to the young people whose grandfathers or fathers used the GI Bill after they participated in WW II.... Most probably, their families enjoyed a higher standard of living because of the benefits of the GI Bill....
