That's old news! Besides, Bush Jr. is also in the thrall of the oil lobby here. Recall his continuous "energy crisis" warnings pre 9/11 and his never ending focus on oil in environmentally protected areas. Whoa nelly, and then there's the VP, former CEO of Haliburton... Haliburton now wins Iraqi contracts without bidding and gets caught ripping off the U.S. government and suffers no damaging consequences. And what boardroom do you think Cheney and Bush will retire to at the end of their terms.... any guesses? Can you say Haliburton....
