Is it too late for people to learn to see?

joser too-

Is it too late for people to learn to see?

sometimes we need a reminder. your post along with
the photos you included is indeed an award deserving
article suitable for the most widely distributed
magazine in the world (whatever that is -- the watchtower
magazine, maybe?).

photographers help people see in new ways. you're
one of the best in that regard. michal daniel is good
with his eyemod too. i try to do my part on the local
government scene with video cameras covering the
work of our city and county elected officials without
editing or editorializing as the commercial media does.

lsd and other hallucinogens like peyote and psilocybin
mushrooms also help people see the world in new ways
but they are illegal (peyote is legal for members of
the native american church in religious ceremonies).

dr. timothy leary did quite a bit of research and
education in this area.

soo... you shall be presented with the timothy leary
award
for your post:

for a select few (wealthy powerlords) it is advantageous
for people to think small and think alike. it is easier to
manipulate them to attain the goals of a predeterminded
agenda. control of mass media like TV is good for this end.
individuals like you and me typing on the internet is bad
for that end. fortunately for the wealthy powerlords, nobody
goes on the internet anymore, it's too crowded. <g>
