The greatest recipient of U.S. foreign aid is the immoral, illegal and reprehensible Israel Defense Force. Hardly balancing this repugnant and criminal act of cruelty by the U.S. is the imposition of military "goodies" on Egypt, a cruel balancing act that makes almost no sense. For every dollar provided to a sub-Saharan African, the U.S. gives $250 per Israeli, mostly in military aid. For every single dollar given to a Latin American citizen, the U.S. gives about $215 per capita to Israel. Get real.
