Mister Bidder, Your numbers are not accurate. If you had bought both stocks two years ago up until today, you would have end up with a 543 % return on IMR compare to a 386 % on AQI. A bit different from your numbers...By the way, could you be more specific about the 'Comprehensive Legal opinions'. Could you give us some references? Thanks.

Michael if you ask Claude one more time about his being paid by the companies he covers which he has repeatedly said he is not and if you do not read the disclosure on his website I will ban you and ignore you. Get it straight this is a final warning period. Claude takes no renumeration of any kind from the companies he covers period! In addition this is an Ormetal and Claude Friendly zone. Any bashing of him or his letter in any fashion will bring an immediate ban.

Michael how many court cases have you been in ? IT DOES NOT MATTER WHO IS RIGHT OR WHO IS TELLING THE TRUTH do not you get it ? This is all about the mood of the last Judge and who does the best dance. One court case will not solve this. This case will last about 7 years and go through 6 to 8 different levels of the legal system. Whatever you percieve the truth to be does not matter. I want IMR to win . I know Grosso by rep and knew when the drill team was going in to drill the property.I am biased ! But that does not skew the fact that I know what they are in for. The price of both stocks will wipsaw from decision to decision. What do you expect ? A judge with wisdom ,brains and guts ? Get a life will you ? IMR has a friggin Elephant here. You know it, I know it and so does the rest of this board. But none of us know who will end up taking the purty girl home at the end of this dance. Have you met Mr Grosso ? How do you think his body language and eye contact will compare with the guy on the other side ? Mr Grosso and IMR has everything to lose AQI does not. This is not a fair fight. Its down and dirty. Pray for the right Judge at the right time. Post news. Get of Claudes back , if you ask the same question enough times all you do is end up looking like a nut bar. A go to court and get himself fined nut bar. The question has been answered. If you do not think I am correct go check the books at AQI. While you are at it you had better phone Grosso and ask him if he has paid Claude any cash. IMR has gotten some positive press from Ormetal too. take care and get your head screwed on straight. ralfphers You have a truck load of this thing right ? You are focused on it right ? So keep us posted with facts. If a court decision comes down fire it in here fast and furious. If the news is bad or good act on it first but let the rest of us know. That is what this is about.
