GV Trucker....

If you would please take a moment to look at the posts I have written, you will see that I am informed.

There were basically 2 issues that were on the table.

1. The retail share and subscriber numbers. Retail sales are retail sales. To try to back into a number based on the OEM numbers, which in XM case lag by 3 to 5 months is simply the wrong approach to take. The issue was who sold how many at retail in the fourth quarter.

2. The requirements for filing an 8k with the SEC. That speaks for itself.

Bias is fine to a certain extent, but bias disguised as fact is another ball of wax. What I stumbled across were thousands of posts from investment sites to car talk sites that simply sickened me. I could not believe that this person was so dedicated to speaking in negative terms about a company which he rarely has a position in, and if he has a position, it appears to be a short position (puts).

Given that kind of history, I welcomed the fact that he would post on his own thread.
