David, One more plug for Vermilion. I remember doing well with Vermilion on their Aventura gas venture in Trinidad, winning on Aventura (when BG bought out the shares), and winning again on Vermilion. Now, it looks like they are setting up for same in Libya, to win on uk.finance.yahoo.com (I did not chase this) preferring to adopt the 10% dividend paying call option approach :0), and win on Vermilion.
