Pretty much a sham, it will not result in lasting peace. The Arabs fought the Crusaders for 200 hundred years until they completely defeated them They also defeated the Mongols at the same time. The Mujahadin will not give up until the Bush Crusaders are defeated. The Kurds are just waiting for an opportune time to succeed and re-establish Kurdistan. Civil war is inevitable. You just don't get it. History progresses much slower than the TV sound bites you're limited to.
