Are you predicting how the Supreme Court will rule on this issue?

I have no idea how they will rule... but I predict that the question will be appealed all the way to the highest court, and that they will accept it, since they prefer to take cases where lower courts have disagreed with each other.

(The only way it won't be appealed all the way to the SC, is if the administration loses completely at the Appeals Court level... and then decides that they don't want to run the risk of taking it to the SC and winding up with a ruling that is binding in ALL jurisdictions. IMO, that isn't likely, and so it will go all the way to the High Court.)
