Got land?

Some home building charts, pretty good performance in 2004
finance.yahoo.com

Real estate people say the next building boom is in condominiums. Home prices are beginning to move beyond first time owners reach.

The one thing about apartments is you can move if you have loud neighbors....but it would be a bitch if you had a $190k mortgage.

The boom continues in Las Vegas as the market begins going vertical. Land prices are so high they have no choice but to increase density...I say where are they going to get the water?

Well, it's reality now! The Mayor and City Council approved the site plan and zoning for a 275' highrise condo + 10,000SF commercial on my property today.<g>
