The Army that Al-Sadr established which he insisted would not EVER be disbanded during his treaty settlement with us a few months ago (we agreed to his terms) is called the "Army of Mahdi". Check out the mission of the Army of Mahdi. Now it looks like we have Al-Sadr potentially in position to be a major power in Iraq with command over possibly the greatest wealth in natural resources in the world, and a natural allie to Iran. So we may have the Al Mahdi Army which is not a terrorist group but potentially a world Super power. ... maybe.
