I don't know if you can find steam locos like we had, but it was cool. Went from Bakersfield up to Tehachapi, took a tour of the roundhouse, went to a little restaurant for lunch. No old trains like that but we did go to the Metro-North train yard once. They had a tour of their facility including their older cars and locomotives but nothing as fun as what you mention. Funny that as I type this train message to you, my jukebox has been playing songs since listening to hoser's song. Just now Truckin' just came on.
