Monsieur46,

VIA is perhaps overlooked among people on SI, but (someone please correct me if I am wrong) according to people who went to the recent Vancouver Investment Show, VIA was being pushed by almost every newsletter writer attending. I have also heard that many brokers have been recommending it to clients. It is certain that Joe-six-pack and Johnny-two-four has not been buying- they do not even know what gold is- but the goldbugs have been. How else can you explain a price rise from $1 to 3.50?

As for institutional investors buying, you know the game <g>. The pressure is very high for VIA to do well. What happens to the stock if they come out with less than what the market expects? The market is expecting Hemlo. That is a high bar to attain. What happens if they get poor results in the drilling?

Don't get me wrong on this. I want VIA to find a mine. I hope VIA comes up with the goods. I just don't like the way it is being done. If they come up with a mine, that will not matter.

B
