It sounds like all the novices calling in talking about leveraging themselves into some real estate investment to turn a quick buck scared the crap out of him, and me for that matter This sounded remarkably similar to the calls near the end of the bubble from people wanting to leverage their home to speculate in tech stocks. Perhaps along with the improved job report we are just beginning to see a path forming that will lead to the end of the cyclical bull
