Jeff: you make it sound so easy, there's always the anti-SLAPP procedure. My legal bills for my anti-SLAPP build by the month and there's no end in sight. The real truth is that it doesn't matter how righteous the cause, if you can't afford to pay for a good attorney to champion it. That doesn't mean I won't keep fighting, I'm just pointing out the "real" problem with antiSLAPP. I've been detailing everything on my blog about my SLAPP suit and put up something that's now in the Recent Stories section under Nevada Lawsuit update about the judge being "afraid" of me. It demonstrates how far behind local courts are in even knowing what the Internet is. For local courts, things related to the Internet are where DNA evidence was 15 years ago.
