I was just saying what I experienced. People instinctively know to toe the party line, or risk being booted [or worse] - whether they are promoting the hunt for the dreaded WMDs [when it was apparent that there weren't any] or going along with some corporate marketing plan. It doesn't do to tell the boss, or the collective, that they are a bunch of half-wits, even if just by implication by disagreeing with the brilliant concept. Mostly, people actually agree with the ideas. That's what groupthink does - transmits ideas and ideologies like osmosis. Mqurice
