Not much you can do about a deep brain aneurysm.

If you are ever dealing with that. U Cal San Francisco Medical Center is the premier location in the country for treatment development for brain aneurysms. The Doctors running the research are/were Dr Gress, Chief of Neurology and Dr Higashida, Chief of Neuro-Intervention Radiology. The latter does stent emplacements in internal brain arteries to repair aneurysms. It is a high risk, non FDA approved, experimental procedure, but for some the only hope.
They have have been training some other doctors around the country to do the procedure.
