Clearstation has a time delay on price quotes. Prices are adjusted after about a half hour on trades. If you want to make a trade at a specific price, I believe you have that option although I haven't used it. I have noticed that sometimes a quoted price can be out of whack. For example, the price on SYMC has been widely out of sync with reality over the past few days, but its been corrected.
